IST-143 Introduction to HTML and Website Hosting:
The course provides a detailed study of HTML including frames, tables, forms, and style sheets; and an introduction to JavaScript. Students are introduced to the various applications that are used to host Websites and are required to establish their own Website on a free or fee-based Internet facility. Each student is expected to build and demonstrate a multi-page Website for a topic of their choice. Students are expected to have a working knowledge of office productivity software equivalent to that which is covered in IST-101 and required for IST-102.
